Description

TGH1530 model’s dimensions are 1500x3000mm. You can load the material to be cut on the table thanks to the specially designed door system using a crane. Eligible for integration with various power options, our machinery will be at your service for many years.

Security

All necessary safety measures have been taken for the operator and the environment. All necessary safety measures in accordance with the Machinery Safety Regulations are available in our machines. The machine has two emergency stop buttons, laser safety sensors and safety sensors. It provides the highest level of protection thanks to its enclosure and its special protective glass. One special laser safety glasses are supplied with the machine.

This feature minimizes the waste rate in the material. On the part sheet, the materials to be cut are placed automatically with the fastest and least waste. After opening the file to be cut, the cutting numbers of the pieces are entered. The sheet size is entered, the nesting process is started after entering the space to be left between them and the result is no-cut segment.

Conjugated Cutting

It allows you to cut two lines next to each other in a file as a single line, thus saving you considerable time and energy.

Intervention: When the operator notices an error in the drawing, he can easily correct it via the program. you don't need a second program.

With Usage Reporting, you can receive daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. You can keep track of which staff are cutting on which shift. Machine running time, idle time, cutting time etc. You can reach all the information you need.

Part Library

Bracket, flange, washer etc. do not try to draw frequently used parts, select what you want from the ready drawings and easily scale.

Wireless Handle

Owing to the wireless control of our machine, your operator can use the machine quickly and effectively to intervene when necessary. If there is an uncut part of the part during cutting, it can lead to re-cutting of the problem area by moving the cut line over the control.
